Where is the honey from?

It is Canadian unpasteurized honey!! :) This means it has a lot of natural benefits of raw honey. This will help moisturize your dry skin. Thentix can be applied to face and body. 

Is it pasteurized?

No, it is completely unpasteurized. This means that the honey does not go through a sterilization process. The pasteurization process is the removal of the bacteria and nutrients that make honey... well honey. As our honey is unpasteurized, this means it contains all the beneficial nutrients that makes it pure natural honey!! Unpasteurized honey is filtered to remove debris, and is not heated up, this allows for it to contain most of the beneficial nutrients. 

How long does it last after the seal is removed?

After the seal is removed you have about a year to use the product.

Do the different sizes have different product?

No, the product inside is the same cream. We offer different sizes for your convenience and to meet your needs.

• 2 oz is perfect for the purse, pocket, travelling and many adventures.
• 4 oz, can be stored in a purse, backpack or at the office. It takes up a little more space than the 2 oz.
• 8 oz is great for the home or office.
• 12 oz is great for the home or office... especially if you plan on sharing with people.

What size should I get?

Depends on your usage, but if you use it a lot, go for the 12 oz. If you apply the cream 2-3 times a day, the 8 oz is your size. We would recommend getting a 2 oz or 4 oz for when you are on the go.  If you are skeptical you could try the 2 oz and 4 oz to test it out and when you love it get the bigger sizes. 

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Thentix Skin Care purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to replace the item or credit to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
